Independent Facilitation

Your agenda, run by an objective outsider


A business unit often knows exactly what it needs to discuss. The issues are clear, the data is in hand, and the team is ready to make decisions. What’s missing is a neutral facilitator who can hold the room, keep the conversation disciplined, and free leadership to participate rather than manage the process.

This service is exactly that. You set the agenda. I run the room. The facilitator brings no preset content but introduces structure, neutrality, and the discipline to keep a roomful of senior people focused on the decisions you came to make.

It is also a natural starting point. Many engagements begin here and progress to Service 03 once the team decides it wants the outside-in industry challenge layered on top of the process.

Pre-Session Alignment

A short briefing with the convening leader to understand the agenda, stakeholders to include to achieve desired outcomes, and dynamics in the room. This prep is done to ensure the agenda delivers the desired outcomes, and runs smoothly.

Independent Facilitation

A neutral outsider holds the process for the duration of the session — half-day, full-day, or two days — keeping the conversation on track without steering its content.

Real-Time Capture

Decisions, action items, and unresolved questions are captured live in the room so nothing leaks out the door.

Strategy Facilitation

1–2 day strategy sessions led by a SA financial services insider
