Strategy Facilitation

The challenge: Strategy offsites and planning sessions often fall flat — dominated by internal politics, bogged down in operational detail, or lacking the external perspective needed to challenge assumptions. The result is a strategy document that sits on a shelf.

What you get: An externally facilitated strategy session designed to produce real outcomes. This includes pre-session preparation (stakeholder interviews, data gathering, context framing), facilitation of the session itself (typically 1–2 days), and a post-session synthesis document capturing decisions, priorities, and next steps.

What makes this different: The facilitator brings deep domain expertise in SA financial services — not just process skills. This means the right questions get asked, assumptions get challenged with data, and the conversation stays strategic rather than drifting into operations.

Investment: R80,000 – R120,000 for facilitation. Combined with a scene-setting briefing: R120,000 – R180,000.
